SwiftCart is committed to a safe and respectful environment for all users.

1. Expected Behavior

1.1 Communicate respectfully and constructively.

1.2 Contribute responsibly in shared lists and crews.

1.3 Respect other users' privacy and consent.

2. Prohibited Behavior

2.1 Harassment, threats, hate speech, bullying, and abuse are prohibited.

2.2 Impersonation, account misuse, or unauthorized access attempts are prohibited.

2.3 Spam and disruptive or deceptive activity are prohibited.

2.4 Platform exploitation, reverse engineering, and vulnerability abuse are prohibited.

3. Reporting and Enforcement

Report violations via in-app support or email at support@swiftcarts.ca. Enforcement may include warnings, temporary restrictions, suspension, or permanent termination.
