By using SwiftCart, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activity under your account credentials.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of your submitted content. You grant SwiftCart a limited license to host and process it to operate and improve the service.

4. Service Changes and Availability

Features may change over time and availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance and temporary downtime may occur.

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Use SwiftCart only for lawful and authorized purposes.

5.2 Do not harass, threaten, abuse, defame, or discriminate against others.

5.3 Do not impersonate any person or entity.

5.4 Do not submit malware or interfere with platform operations.

5.5 Do not scrape, crawl, or harvest data at scale without permission.

5.6 Do not use abusive automation or bots to bypass controls.

5.7 Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt unauthorized access.

5.8 Do not exploit security vulnerabilities or misconfigurations.

5.9 Do not use SwiftCart for fraud, spam, or unlawful activity.

6. Termination

SwiftCart may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, or policy violations.
